We fixed an issue with how the program was displaying the minutes for the Discussion of a Video assignment. We improved the Emergency contacts - Completed forms report on the Congregation screen to make it easier for the family heads to update their contact information when you email them the report as a Word document. We added new logic to deal with a congregation name change when importing a KHS Data Exchange file. When the time comes to select speakers, double-click on a date and KHS will automatically display speakers from that congregation. Talk coordinators often reserve dates for a congregation exchange by selecting only the congregation name but no speakers until later. We also improved how the Find Speaker dialog functions. This applies to both incoming and outgoing speaker assignments. You can now view a speakers Contact Info and Public Talk History by right-clicking on a date or by clicking the new Info icons located above the speaker name fields.

We added a new feature to the Public Talk screen. You can also verify if a reminder or text message was sent to the speaker, chairman, reader, or host on the Reminders screen. Emailed reminder on (date): will again be added to the Notes field.
